This tells the story of how the Grinch stole Christmas, and in the process learns the true meaning of Christmas. A very heartwarming story.
For third graders i would use this book during a Christmas unit i would teach. Not only Christmas but i would include it in a number of books that i would teach about the many different traditions around the world.
